First frosty swim this year

A beautiful sunny morning, swathes of mist drifting across the bay; a cloudless sky and a light frost garnishing the autumn leaves.  By the time my chores were done it was 4pm and I couldn’t wait to get in.  Fraser joined me, enticed by the sunshine (and also by an invitation to dine at our house) and his enjoyment and enthusiasm are there in the photos for all to see.  Despite the frost the water still felt reasonably bearable and we had a good 25 minutes of splashing, swimming, jumping, wave surfing and diving.  Got home to a roaring fire, 2 gin & tonics and lots of cuddles from Daisy.
